Przemyslaw Trebacz was accused of murdering a Romanian, and pleaded not guilty.

The report said police regarded Trebacz as the person who committed the killing, while the prosecution alleged the victim was a pimp for two prostitutes working in the apartment.

A taxi driver told the court he collected Trebacz and two other men after receiving a call for a taxi. He said he heard two men discussing an “Soviet attack” and saw what appeared to be a sock filled with something hard in Trebacz's hand.

The proceedings were reported on 6 December 2013.
