Philip Dunne convicted of careless driving, assault and abusive behaviour

Philip Dunne, 29, pleaded guilty and was convicted at Balbriggan District Court of careless driving, assault and threatening and abusive behaviour.

He was fined and disqualified from driving for three months; the criminal-damage charge was taken into consideration and the blood-sample charge was struck out.

The case was recorded in May 2014.
