Paul O'Beirne and Jeffrey Morrow pleaded not guilty to murder at the Central Criminal Court on 24 June 2019.

A new jury was sworn on 25 June 2019 after one juror became unable to continue. The trial concerns the death of Vincent Ryan, who was shot while sitting in a vehicle on McKee Road in Finglas.
