Paul Mangan jailed for cannabis, theft and bag offences

At Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, Paul Mangan, 42, pleaded guilty to cannabis possession for sale or supply, theft and possessing a bag intended for use in a theft.

He was sentenced to five years in prison, with the final 18 months suspended.
