Patrick O’Toole sentenced for deception and attempted deception

Patrick O’Toole, 63, was sentenced at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court after a jury found him guilty of three deception counts and two attempted deception counts.

He received 18 months, suspended, and a €20,000 fine; three other counts were considered.
