High Court appoints provisional liquidators to OpenHydro companies

The High Court appointed provisional liquidators to OpenHydro Group Ltd and Open Hydro Technologies Ltd, which were described as seriously insolvent with debts of about €280 million.

The winding-up application was adjourned to a date in August.
