Nicolae Dulea jailed for cigarette duty offence

Nicolae Dulea, 36, received an 18-month prison sentence at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

He pleaded guilty to non-payment of duty on 40,000 cigarettes; Prunesso Europe Ltd separately pleaded guilty to keeping untaxed tobacco products.
