Michael Nolan received a three-year sentence for indecent assault at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on 26 July 2024, imposed by Judge Pauline Codd and suspended in full for three years.

He pleaded guilty to indecent assault of a young girl on dates between November 1984 and September 1985. The proceedings were reported on 27 July 2024.
