McDonalds seek to stop sale of Wicklow home

In November 2022, Joseph and Ann McDonald brought High Court proceedings seeking to stop Everyday Finance and receiver Ned Murphy from selling their home in Roundwood, County Wicklow.

The judge allowed short notice of the injunction proceedings and made the matter returnable later that month.
