Lisa Lee was jailed for four years, with the final two years suspended, for discarding a knife after a fatal assault at the Central Criminal Court on 12 May 2023.

The sentence was imposed for discarding the knife at Spring Garden Lane in Dublin on 29 March 2021, after Lee knew or believed Noel Lennon had caused serious harm to Isaac Horgan.

Mr Justice Tony Hunt said Lee had experienced medical conditions, drug addiction and other personal difficulties. He described her previous offending as reflecting those difficulties and said she was not a hardened criminal.

Lee must keep the peace and be of good behaviour for three years after her release, and work with probation services after release.
