This report is a localnews.ie summary based on public court reporting and records; sources are listed below.

Lisa Flanagan resolved her High Court action over her employment at Martin Jennings Wholesale Limited, reported on 9 February 2022. The proceedings sought to stop the company terminating her employment after a workplace dispute involving a colleague she alleged had bullied her.

When the matter returned to court on 9 February 2022, her barrister said it had been resolved and asked for the proceedings to be struck out with no order. Mr Justice Mark Sanfey agreed. No further details of the resolution were given in court.

Flanagan had worked for more than 20 years as a receptionist and administrator for the company, which has a registered office in Ballinrobe, Co Mayo. The report said she accepted using intemperate language during the workplace incident, while denying that she had formally resigned.
