This report is a localnews.ie summary based on public court reporting and records; sources are listed below.

Lington Development’s Burlington Plaza sale dispute was adjourned by the High Court on 14 February 2017, pending further documents.

The dispute arose after Coolbrook Developments alleged that selling Lington’s 25 per cent interest breached an owners’ agreement for the Dublin 4 property.

Coolbrook sought temporary injunctions, but the sale had already closed before the application was made, according to the report.

A separate action involved Lington’s attempt to pay Dengrove DAC what it owed after the sale, while Dengrove raised concerns about the agreement.

Mr Justice Paul Gilligan adjourned both cases to Wednesday so the parties could consider matters and exchange documents about the sale and transferred funds.
