Court of Appeal rejects unnamed Limerick man’s conviction appeal

The Court of Appeal rejected an unnamed 61-year-old Limerick man’s appeal against his conviction on 31 counts of sexual offences, including sexual assault and rape.

He was sentenced to 12 years in prison in February 2023.
