Leroy Harris was ordered by Dublin District Court to complete 150 hours of community service for cannabis offences. Judge Michael Walsh made the order, which was intended to avoid six months in jail. Harris pleaded guilty to possessing €100 worth of cannabis and possessing it for sale or supply.

The work will be assigned by the Probation Service. Breaching the order will result in a six-month jail term. The report said the cannabis was found at Sheriff Street in Dublin, and Harris told the court through his defence solicitor that he had it for friends. The proceedings were reported on 9 July 2014.
