High Court rules Kieran Sharkey need not answer ESB questions for now

ESB electrician Kieran Sharkey was not required to answer his employer’s questions about alleged unlawful payments while a Garda investigation continued.

The High Court made the ruling on 9 February 2024; the allegations remained under criminal investigation, and the matter was due back before the court later that month.
