Kenneth Cooke was sentenced to an effective 14 years at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on 2 November 2016 for rape and sexual abuse. The consecutive sentences concerned abuse of two boys, one between 1980 and 1985 and another between 2000 and 2003.
