Kelvin Lynch was given a three-year sentence, suspended for three years, for assault causing harm at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, as reported on 15 November 2016. The assault happened at Copper Face Jack’s nightclub on Harcourt Street in Dublin on 19 April 2015, after Lynch mistakenly believed another man had taken his change. He head-butted Barry Fitzgerald, causing a broken nose and broken front tooth.
