John Tobin lost an appeal over being adjudged bankrupt, according to a report published on 4 March 2020.

The Irish Legal report says Revenue issued Tobin with a bankruptcy summons in April 2016, setting out seven judgments totalling €405,808 obtained between September 2011 and January 2015.
