John Stokes receives suspended sentence for careless driving

John Stokes, 23, pleaded guilty to careless driving causing serious bodily harm after a collision on Lower Lucan Road, Dublin, on May 2, 2021.

Dublin Circuit Criminal Court imposed a 12-month sentence, suspended in full, and disqualified him from driving for 12 months.

The case was recorded in November 2025.
