John Leamy jailed for VAT and tax-return offences

John Leamy, 51, of Clonsilla, Dublin, pleaded guilty to five incorrect VAT returns and two failures to file tax returns at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

He was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
