Jessy Feval was fined €750 for driving without reasonable consideration at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court. The proceedings were reported on 17 December 2021.

The offence occurred on Rathgar Road, Dublin 6, on 7 November 2016. Feval said a bin truck blocked his view as he turned, and he had no time to brake when he saw Michael Jenkins. Garda Shay Kilbride agreed it may have been a case where both men “went for a gap in the road”.
