Jason O’Driscoll is on trial for murdering Anthony Burnett and Joseph Redmond at the Central Criminal Court, where vehicle expert Andrew Wooller gave evidence on 7 November 2017.
The prosecution case concerns the deaths of the two Dublin men in Ravensdale, County Louth, on 7 March 2012. Wooller said a light-coloured vehicle seen near Ravensdale was consistent with a Mercedes and that footage from Meigh showed a vehicle whose shape and features suggested a Mercedes S Class.
O’Driscoll has pleaded not guilty, and the trial was continuing before Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy and a jury of eight men and four women.
