Jason Finnegan receives suspended sentence for assault and threats

Jason Finnegan, 19, received a five-year sentence, with the final two and a half years suspended, at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

He pleaded guilty to three assaults causing harm and threatening to kill; the offences occurred in Dublin between October 2019 and March 2020.

The case was recorded in February 2022.
