Greg Ward was named in a misadventure verdict at Dublin Coroner’s Court, reported on 14 October 2016, after Mairead Kelly died following morphine and alcohol intoxication.
The court heard that Kelly had met Ward online and was staying at his apartment in Lucan on 3 May 2015.
She was found collapsed and died in hospital the following day, with pneumonia attributed to intoxication and a repressed gag reflex.
The coroner found no established link between the morphine and Ward’s heroin, recording the death as misadventure.
