Graham Dwyer's trial for the murder of Elaine O'Hara resumed at the Central Criminal Court. He denies the charge. The alleged murder took place at Killakee Mountain in Rathfarnham on 22 August 2012. The proceedings were reported on 27 February 2015.
Conor O'Callaghan of Vilicom Engineering Limited gave evidence about O2 cell data, coverage maps and phone-number data, including records for a number registered to Ms O'Hara. He also provided data for an 087 number registered to A&D Wejchert and Partners, whose contract ran from April 2011 to October 2012. The call data covered 7 October 2011 to 30 November 2012. Kevin Dowling of Vodafone gave evidence about data for 72 cell sites and coverage graphs.
Mr Dwyer's lawyers accepted that he was the registered owner of five vehicles at various times since November 2010. The court was told that a toll-road tag registered to him was used on the road from Dublin to Galway and back on 4 July 2012.
George Ryan of Carron Model Flying Club gave evidence that Mr Dwyer attended an event at Carron on 8 July 2012. Mary Dorrian of Dorrians' Imperial Hotel in Ballyshannon said he checked in on 5 July 2012 and left the following day. The trial remained ongoing.
