By Cathal Brosnan

This report is a localnews.ie summary based on public court reporting and records; sources are listed below.

Graham Dwyer denies murdering Elaine O’Hara at the Central Criminal Court, reported on 26 February 2015. Forensic testing found paint on a spade near her remains was similar to, but not the same as, paint from Dwyer’s garden. The evidence was given by forensic scientist Bridget Fleming, after Gemma Dwyer identified the spade as one missing from the family home. The trial also heard that three complete DNA profiles matching Graham Dwyer’s profile were found on a mattress in Ms O’Hara’s home.
