Gerrard Dunne loses appeal against petrol bomb sentence

Gerrard Dunne, 33, had pleaded guilty to endangerment and possessing a petrol bomb at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

The Court of Appeal upheld his four-and-a-half-year sentence, with the final six months suspended, in its judgment delivered on 29 June 2021.
