First case assignments planned for second Special Criminal Court on 6 May 2016

The panel included Ms Justice Isobel Kennedy, from the High Court. Its other members were Judge Sinéad Ní Chúlacháin, from the Circuit Court, and Judge Gerard Haughton, from the District Court. Hearings were to take place at Dublin’s Criminal Courts of Justice on Parkgate Street.
