The Court of Appeal dismissed Feliks Andrianov’s appeal against his assault causing harm conviction, following a hearing on 23 October 2025.

Andrianov was convicted after trial over an assault at a McDonald’s restaurant at Dublin Airport on 5 July 2019. He was sentenced in November 2024 to 18 months in prison, suspended in full for 18 months.
