Unnamed 29-year-old Dublin man jailed for sexual assault

An unnamed 29-year-old Dublin man pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting his brother-in-law at his home between October 2013 and August 2015.

The Central Criminal Court sentenced him to four and a half years in prison, suspending the final six months.

The case was recorded in February 2024.
