Unnamed Dublin man gets suspended sentence for petrol-bomb offence

An unnamed Dublin man, now 20, received a fully suspended two-year sentence at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for possessing improvised petrol bombs with intent to cause injury.

He pleaded guilty; he was 16 when the offence occurred on Pearse Street on August 25, 2021.

The case was recorded in April 2025.
