Donal O'Hara was identified in an RTÉ report as one of a group recruited as muscle to evict Martin Byrne and his family from their home in west Dublin. The events took place on 9 June 2015. The proceedings were reported on 13 April 2019.

The report said Mr Byrne was beaten and driven back to The Towers, where John Roche refused to open the gate and ran into the complex. A group later pulled Mr Roche from his home and assaulted him.
