Denis and Gavin Burns receive suspended sentences for assault

Denis Burns, 42, and Gavin Burns, 33, pleaded guilty to assault causing harm at their Donaghmede home.

Dublin Circuit Criminal Court gave each brother a two-year sentence, suspended in full, and ordered each to pay €1,000; Denis also pleaded guilty to affray.

The case was recorded in November 2024.
