Damien Murtagh gets community service for public order offences

Damien Murtagh, 28, of Clonee, pleaded guilty to threatening and abusive behaviour, intoxication, violent behaviour and refusing to give gardai his name and address at Swords District Court.

He received 240 hours of community service instead of two months in prison.
