Damien Gray received a fully suspended two-year sentence for possessing heroin and cocaine for sale or supply at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court on 24 February 2020. The drugs were found beside a playground in Hermitage Park, Lucan, after gardaí found Gray asleep there.
