Kenneth Kelly loses appeal against six-year sentence

The Court of Appeal dismissed Kenneth Kelly’s appeal against his six-year sentence for demanding money with menaces.

Kelly, 54, had pleaded guilty to the offence relating to a €1,000 demand at Carnew Road, Gorey, on January 31, 2024.
