Corey Mulhall’s unlawful organisation membership trial to proceed

Corey Mulhall, 41, of Ballycullen, pleaded not guilty at the Special Criminal Court to membership of an unlawful organisation styling itself the IRA.

The court ruled the trial could proceed despite a document not having been disclosed; the trial continued.
