Robert Carroll receives suspended sentence for firearm offences

Robert Carroll, 40, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to possession of a firearm and ammunition in suspicious circumstances after firing two shots outside his Finglas home.

On 6 October 2025, Judge Sarah Berkeley imposed a three-year sentence, suspended in full.
