The case against Colin Mannion and Brian Mannion was adjourned at the Special Criminal Court on 19 January 2016 over alleged explosives and IRA membership offences. The charges allege they possessed RDX, PETN, detonators and electrical components at their home in Burriscarra, Clogher, Claremorris, on 9 June 2012. They are also charged with membership of an unlawful organisation identified as Óglaigh na hÉireann, the Irish Republican Army or the IRA. The case was listed for mention again on 26 January, when a trial date might be fixed, although Mr Justice Paul Butler expressed doubt that this would happen.
