Ciara Kelleher’s conspiracy to defraud trial at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court ended without a verdict on 1 March 2023, when jurors could not agree.

Kelleher, who denied conspiring to defraud Custom House Capital investors, had faced a four-week trial. The offences were alleged to have occurred in Ireland between October 2008 and July 2011.

The judge discharged the jury after it said it could not reach agreement, despite being given the option of a majority verdict. The case was adjourned for a week, and the prosecution had not indicated whether it would seek a retrial.
