Charles McClean and Mark Lee sentenced for facilitating murder

Charles McClean, 34, and Mark Lee, 32, pleaded guilty to facilitating a criminal organisation in Thomas McCarthy’s murder.

The Central Criminal Court sentenced McClean to 10 years, with the final 18 months suspended, and Lee to nine years, with the final 12 months suspended.

The case was recorded in April 2023.
