Blessington Street owners seek orders against alleged trespassers

Deck Building Services DAC, KDM Construction Ltd and Clonmel Enterprises Ltd obtained High Court permission to serve short notice in trespass proceedings on 9 July 2019. Ms Justice Leonie Reynolds granted permission on an ex parte basis.
