The Court of Appeal rejected Paul Bourke’s appeal against his ten-year prison sentence.

Bourke, 57, had pleaded guilty to eight counts of possessing cocaine for sale or supply, criminal proceeds and firearms at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

The case was recorded in July 2025.
