Allpro Security Services Ireland Ltd secured a temporary High Court order on 26 November 2024 preventing Top Security Ltd from publishing a petition to wind up the company.

When the dispute returned on 28 November, the judge urged both sides to resolve it and vacated the 9 December winding-up date. The case was adjourned to the following week, with the parties permitted to apply to the court before then.
