Airmount Beauty Limited reached an interim agreement in its passing-off case at the High Court, reported on 4 February 2022.

The Waterford-based company had sued Manitrnd Ltd over alleged passing off of its beauty products and alleged copying of its website. The allegations remain claims by Airmount.

Under the interim agreement, Manitrnd agreed to keep its website in maintenance mode and not sell products until the case returns to court. The company was also given time to file a replying affidavit.

The case was adjourned to 8 April 2022.
