Man’s indecent-assault convictions upheld on appeal

A man, whose identity is withheld, was convicted of four indecent-assault counts at a Dublin Circuit Criminal Court retrial in April 2010.

His appeal was dismissed by the Court of Criminal Appeal; he must serve six years, with the final three suspended.
