Restaurant and residential extension converted to commercial use on Church Street

Robert O'Connell has been given the go-ahead to convert a ground floor restaurant and rear residential extension on Church Street in Kingscourt into commercial space. The plan includes new external stairs, internal and external alterations, and associated site works.
