New house with garage refused at Quivvy, Belturbet

David Shelley Kennedy's application to build a new home at Quivvy, Belturbet has been refused by Cavan County Council. The proposal included a part single storey, part one-and-a-half storey house with a detached garage, new entrance, and a septic tank system.
