Steel containers and hardstanding for kayak storage at Ballyconnell

Cavan Canoe Club wants to build a storage area for their kayaking equipment at Ballyconnell. The proposal includes a hardstanding pad roughly 14 metres by 16 metres, three steel containers, and fencing with gates. They're asking for temporary permission for five years.
