Two-storey front extension with new bedroom and living space, plus upgraded wastewater system

A two-storey extension is being added to the front of a house in Tunnyduff, Bailieborough, creating extra bedroom and living space. The existing septic tank will be removed and replaced with a modern wastewater treatment system. The application from Alana Carolan and Conor Cooney has been approved with conditions.
